I believe that God places people into my life that are significant and serve to further my development and growth as a Christian and my purpose. One such person is Heather Nichols whom I met at a Christian retreat in Wales called Ffald y Brenin. During my short time there: 1. I received healing after she laid hands on me 2. I received three words of knowledge she inscribed in the cover of her book ‘Breadcrumbs from Heaven’ that she gave me 3. Confirmation of a common link to the number 222. God had brought another person into my life to help me along the path He has for me, a teacher, a prophetic and visionary.
I had absolutely no experience, or idea even what prophecy was, so imagine my amazement when I was informed that everyone is able to prophesy! Joel 2:28 confirms this. Becoming part of the Fresh Bread group has enlightened me and introduced me to other people seeking to develop their gift through Heather’s interesting, encouraging and always humorous teaching. In these workshops we are shown scripture about God communicating with others via prophecy.
Then through practical activation sessions we learn to recognise and develop the gifts we have been given by God. I cannot begin to describe the feeling of utter joy one experiences when a word of knowledge is given by Holy Spirit through you and is recognised by the recipient! Furthermore the elation of having given a word that is relevant to someone and, having received it, they obediently act upon it, is indescribable. Knowing that God is using you for His Kingdom is amazing and I am blessed to have been led to this group by His Holy Spirit and I believe what I am learning is essential and relevant to me and my ultimate purpose. Praise God and thank you Jesus 🙏
